Harriet Robson shared a series of graphic Instagram posts showing her bloodied face and bruised body as she made the allegations against the striker.
The first showed the model with blood streaming down her chin, neck and chest from what appeared to be a gash on her lip.
She captioned the short video: “To everyone who wants to know what Mason Greenwood actually does to me.”
She then shared five pictures showing deep bruises on her arms and legs, as well as a bloodshot red eye.
Harriet, who has 213,000 followers, later posted a series of voice notes from October 2021 which seemed to further demonstrate 20-year-old Greenwood’s alleged violence.
Manchester United said it was aware of the images, which have since been deleted, but would not comment further.
A spokesperson for the club added: “We are aware of images and allegations circulating on social media.
“We will not make any further comment until the facts have been established.
“Manchester United does not condone violence of any kind.”
